Kundalini Yoga

Pranayama Breathwork
Pranayama is a simple yet powerful breathwork to work with your breath more consciously. By slowing down and guiding the breath, it can help calm the nervous system, ease tension, and bring a sense of clarity. Meditation
Meditation is a quiet practice of sitting with your thoughts and simply allowing things to be as they are. It helps you slow down, soften inner tension, and find a bit more space within yourself. Over time, many people feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded in how they move through their day.
